The Steps Of Using AutoCount Auto Backup


Step 1: Install AutoCount Auto Backup Installer 

  1. Download the AutoCount Server from the official AutoCount website.
  2. Double-click on the installer file to initiate the installation process.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions, clicking “Next” to proceed through the installation steps.
  4. Once the installation is complete, click “Close” to exit the installer.

Step 2: Launch AutoCount Server

  1. Open the AutoCount Accounting software on your computer.
  2. Search it from taskbar and click the button, and Open AutoCount Scheduled Backup Control Panel

Step 3: Schedule Backup Settings

  1. In the Schedule backup window, enter the required information or settings.
  2. Navigate to the “Naming” tab to define the naming convention for your backup files.
  3. AutoCount Auto Backup allows you to include variables such as date, time, and database name in the backup file names, providing better organization and identification.
  4. Set the backup frequency, such as daily, weekly, or monthly, based on your preference and data sensitivity.

Step 4: Select Databases to Backup

In the “Databases” tab, select the databases you want to include in the scheduled backup.

If required, exclude certain databases from the backup by unchecking the corresponding checkboxes.

After click the button, a windows will prompt you to enter the relevant server information in which the bulk addition is to be done.


After key in the info and press OK, the following windows will be shown.
