NOTE: Individual or Company can register TIN Number via MyTax portal.

  • Choose the appropriate taxpayer category (individual or company) and provide required details such as identification number, email address, and phone number.

  • Then, enter the security phrase as prompted and click search to view your registered TIN Number and LHDN branch details.

How to Operate MyTax / MyInvois Portal?

1. Access MyTax Website

  • Firstly, navigate to the MyTax website. However, note that the interface might differ slightly as this guide is based on the Sandbox environment.

  • Then, select the ID Type. Then, enter your ID and click “Submit”.

3. Digital Certification

  • If prompted that your “Digital Certification not exist”, Just need to click on the “MyInvois” button to proceed.

  • After that, verify your current email. Click “Yes” if the email is correct.

5. Submit First-time Login Application

  • Thereafter, click on the “Submit” button to submit your first-time login application.

6. PIN No Registration

  • Then, a PIN No registration will be sent to the specific email.

7. Activate Login

  • Afterward, access your email, find the email from IRBM, and click on the activation link.

8. Submit ID Information

  • So, it will open a webpage. Then, enter your ID type and ID again. Click “Submit”.

9. Create Password

  • After that, create a password and security phrase, agree to the terms and conditions, and finally click “Submit”.

10. Success Message

  • Initially, link your company to your profile by clicking on the User icon on the right, then selecting “Role Application”.

2. Submit Required Infomation

  • After that, fill in the required information and upload supporting documents. Click “Submit”.

3. Password Confirmation

  • Then, enter your password again and click “Signature”.

4. Access Company

  • Furthermore, a success message will appear, allowing you to access your company.

  • Lastly, you can now access your company from the MyTax home page.

This is to set another individual to access your company’s MyInvois Portal.

1. Director’s Login

  • Firstly, login to MyTax website using the director’s login.

  • Then, click on “Role Selection” and select your company.

  • Next, notice the profile will switch to your company.

4. Assign Representatives

  • Then, click on the User icon, select “Appointment of Representative”, choose ID Type (IC), enter the IC Number, and click “Submit”. Ensure the individual has registered at this portal first.

5. Password Confirmation

  • After that, enter your password and click “Signature” to proceed.

6. Access MyInvois Portal

  • Lastly, the IC / individual can now access your company’s MyInvois Portal.

This is to set your company allowing AutoCount to submit on behalf for your company e-Invoices.

1. Company Profile

  • Firstly, ensure you are in your company profile on the MyInvois Portal.

2. Taxpayer Profile

  • After that, click on “Taxpayer Profile”. For first-time login, agree to the Terms and Conditions and verify profile information.

  • At the Taxpayer profile, scroll to the bottom and click “Add Intermediary”.

4. Enter Intermediary Information

  • Key in your intermediary TIN, BRN and Name. In this case, you may key in AutoCount’s info here:
    • TIN: C20239710060
    • BRN: 200601031841
  • Then, click on the “Search button” after you key in the info.

5. Set Effective Date

  • After that, click “Continue”, set the effective date and permissions, and save the intermediaries.

6. Setup Company Account Book

  • Finally, you can now set up your company account book in AutoCount and submit e-Invoices.
