Job Description

You must handle incoming calls or emails from customers. Besides that, you can provide excellent service and help to solve problems faced by customers. Other than that, you will aid customers to install and upgrading software.

You will reply to customer’s messages on Whatsapp, they will tell us their problem in the WhatsApp group, and we help them to solve their problem. Furthermore, you need to manage incoming calls, messages or emails. You must resolve customers complaints via phone, email, mail or social media. You can help to open a Live demo on Facebook.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
