Job Description
You must handle incoming calls or emails from customers. Besides that, you can provide excellent service and help to solve problems faced by customers. You need to customize reports on overall customer satisfaction. Other than that, you will aid customers to install and upgrading software. You can provide demo & training to the customer to the customer.
You must reply to customer’s messages on Whatsapp, they will tell us their problem in the WhatsApp group, and we help them to solve their problem. Furthermore, you need to manage incoming calls, messages or emails. You must resolve customers complaints via phone, email, mail or social media. You can help to open a Live demo on Facebook.
Requirements :
Account or IT background candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication for talk to customers
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
