Purpose of Lead Management Plugin
This plugin allows users to clearly know the progress of each lead. Users can conveniently retrieve all data in one scene through the dashboard.
Features and Functions of Lead Management Plugin
1. Lead Status
- Allow users to record and check the customer’s progress.
2. Lead Source
Allow users to check the source of their customers. For example, customers from the website or introduced by existing customers.
3. Lead List
Users can create or edit the information of a customer and update the lead status.
4. Lead Status Maintenance
Allow users to create lead status such as new, unable to reach, contacted or arrange a demo.
5. Lead Source Maintenance
Allow users to create lead sources such as Facebook, referral or existing customers
6. Lead Source Detail Maintenance
If the lead source is a referral, users can add the person that introduced the customer and tick the box to give the commission.
7. Assign / Reassign Agent
Allow the user to assign the task to another agent.
8. Pay commission
If the lead source is a referral, the user can tick the box to give the commission to the referral.
9. Filter Sales Agent Maintenance
Based on the AutoCount user, this user can only view his lead.
