Software Technical Support Executive

This key role provides technical assistance and front-line support for our AutoCount accounting software users in the Ipoh region.

RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 / month

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve software and basic network issues for users.
Install and configure accounting, POS, and payroll software.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Accounting/Computer Science is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.

Account Cum Admin Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our quotation, invoicing, and general administrative functions at our Ipoh office.
