Statutory Reporting Guide

Introduction

Running payroll isn’t complete until you’ve met your statutory reporting obligations. In Malaysia, this includes monthly submissions to KWSP, PERKESO, and LHDN. This post explains what reports you must submit, how often, and how AutoCount Cloud Payroll automates the process.

Monthly Statutory Reports You Must Submit

Report / Form Body Submission Deadline AutoCount Support

Yearly Payroll Statutory Submissions

At the end of each year, employers must submit Form E to LHDN and provide EA Forms to employees. AutoCount generates both of these in PDF and text format for direct submission to the LHDN portal.

New Employee & Exit Reporting (LHDN)

LHDN (IRBM) requires employers to notify them when an employee joins, leaves the company, or leaves the country. These forms are essential for keeping your tax records compliant and up to date.

AutoCount Cloud Payroll simplifies this process by allowing you to generate the correct forms automatically, ensuring timely and accurate submissions without manual errors.
