You need to cooperate with Senior and help them to do program installation, system upgrade & data backup, report customization, file sharing & network setup.
You will help to upgrade customer’s software. Besides that, you need to do the installation and setup. Apart from this, you must know how to take and edit videos (You can refer to the Youtube channel of the other dealers and learn from them). In addition, you will help to test the program. You will learn to write Mobile Solution’s program.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or any related field.
- Experience in native iOS/Android would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work at Ipoh.
- Training is provided.
- Allowance is provided.
