1. Item Maintenance
The plugin adds a repacking tab in item maintenance. Go to Stock > Stock Item Maintenance here, users can pick items they plan to repackage and choose a code for the repackaged item. In addition, they can also set the weight for each repacked item to figure out how many smaller packages they’ll get.
Set up your item weights before you start repacking.
- Go to Stock > Stock Item Maintenance and select your item.
- Open the Others tab.
- Enter the Weight and Weight UOM (e.g., 2kg).
- Click OK to save.

Make sure the Weight UOM matches your bulk stock. This helps the system calculate the correct number of small packages.
2. Staff Maintenance
A new staff maintenance feature is added to record packer details.Simply go to Repacking > Staff ID Maintenance with this feature, you can create, edit, or remove staff IDs. In addition, you can also save passwords for logging into the repacking form and specify where each staff member works and projects, if you have different branches.
Manage who is allowed to do the repacking.
- Go to Repacking > Staff ID Maintenance.
- Click New to create a staff ID.
- Enter a PIN No, Location, or Project No if needed.
- Click Save.

Use the “Location” field if you have different branches. It helps you track which team is repacking the most stock.
3. Repacking Settings
Before you start repackaging, you can adjust some settings. Go to Repacking > Repacking Setting you can decide if you want to use passwords to log in, choose whether to print barcodes after saving, and pick how you want to select item codes either by scanning or manually.
