  •  Go to Stock > Item Package Maintenance.
  •  Click the New button to create a package.
  •  Enter a unique Package Code and a description (e.g., “CNY Hamper”)

  •  For each sub‑item, specify the quantity included in the package.
  • Input the Unit Prices. The system will total the package value for you.

With your package created, you can now send it to a partner.

  •  Go to Sales > Consignment to open a new consignment note.
  •  Select the debtor from your list.

  •  Click the Item Package, search for and select the Package you just created.
  •  Enter the Quantity Consigned (e.g., “10” for ten hampers).
  •  Review the details and save the consignment note. The stock of the sub‑items is now allocated to the consignee.

  • From the consignment menu, run the Outstanding Consignment Listing report.

  • Filter by consignee or date range as needed.
