How to Issue a Consolidated e‑Invoice

Introduction

This guide shows how to create and submit a consolidated e-Invoice in AutoCount Cloud Accounting. It covers setting up cash customers, issuing invoices, handling customers who later request an individual e-Invoice, and submitting eligible monthly transactions as a consolidated e-Invoice to MyInvois.

Maintain Customer Code

Maintain a Cash Customer or General Public customer code for buyers who do not require an individual e-Invoice.

Create & Approve Invoice

Record the daily sales invoice as usual and click Approve. Transactions without a Tax Entity can remain available for consolidation.

Handle Exceptions

If a customer later requests an e-Invoice, add the buyer's Tax Entity and submit it as a standard e-Invoice. Void cancelled sales.

Consolidate at Month End

From the 1st to 7th of the following month, open Consolidated e-Invoice and select the full month's transaction date range.

Preview & Submit

Review the grouped transactions, create the consolidated e-Invoice and confirm that the e-Invoice status becomes Valid.

Prepare Customers and Daily Sales

These are the transactions that may later be included in the consolidated e-Invoice.

1. Maintain a Cash Customer / General Public customer code

Consolidated e-Invoice can also apply to eligible B2B transactions. If a business customer does not require an individual e-Invoice, the transaction may be included in the consolidated submission based on the applicable requirements.

2. Create Sales Invoice

3. Approve Invoice for Consolidation

The approval button and workflow may vary depending on the approval settings configured in your AutoCount Cloud Accounting account book. Ensure the invoice is approved according to your configured workflow before proceeding with the consolidated e-Invoice process.

Handle Customer Requests and Cancellations

These are the transactions that may later be included in the consolidated e-Invoice.

A missing invoice number in the consolidated e-Invoice may indicate that the invoice was voided or has already been submitted separately as a standard e-Invoice.

Create Monthly Consolidated e-Invoice

After daily transactions are complete, consolidate the eligible invoices for the month.

2. Select Monthly Date Range

The consolidated e-Invoice should be created and submitted between the 1st and 7th calendar day of the following month for eligible transactions from the previous month. Calendar days include Saturdays and Sundays.

3. Preview Transactions

4. Check Invoice References

Check Validation Status

Confirm that the consolidated document has been accepted and linked back to the source invoices.
